Tomé Pedroso is an Advisor to the Board of Fidelidade (since September 2023) and a Board Director at Multi Health (since September 2025).

He holds a Master’s degree in Actuarial Sciences from the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (ISEG), University of Lisbon (2002), an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, 1994), and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon (1990).
